For Interior Interviews, I interview the founders of the most beautiful interior accounts. I ask them about their story, interior styling tips, sources of inspiration, and more. In this edition, I interview Lea from @wohngluecksieben. Her home is a natural beauty! A lot of white combined with beige shades result in a very calm atmosphere. Below she shares her tips on how you can also create such a minimalistic interior.

How would you describe your interior style?

I like it minimalistic and clean. To do this, I orientate myself on certain color groups that are always muted for me and can be found throughout the apartment. I also really like Nordic interiors, I just like the cosiness that characterizes the style.

What’s your number 1 tip for interior styling?

I love mood boards! Since we just moved into our new attic apartment six months ago, I only worked with mood boards to plan the rooms. If the mood boards are well planned, the room planning will be easy and successful.

Your bedroom looks so calm! How did you do that?

I opted for warm tones and calm lighting in the bedroom. The hanging ceiling lamp and bedside lamp from Ferm Living are my favorites.

I see that you also have a lot of candles at home. How would you style the Ivyosa candle?

I would put the scented candle in the hallway on our string shelf. I like it when you come into apartments and houses and there’s immediately a pleasant scent.
